All submitted work must be original to be considered for an award​​

Works in progress will not be accepted

Selected films will be asked to provide a Press Kit including: Cast, Crew, and Stills for the film

All films (including international) must be submitted or subtitled in English

EIFF is not entitled to customs duties or fees involved in international submissions

Fee waivers will not be offered

All entrants will be notified of final decision by e-mail, please ensure that your e-mail address is valid

EIFF is not responsible for any damages to materials

There is no limit to submissions, however each entry requires an individual entry and fee

All festival showtimes are subject to change

EIFF does not provide travel or lodging accommodations
