EIFF is committed to showcasing the new generation of emerging filmmakers. We support diverse young voices by providing opportunities to have their work showcased, to learn about filmmaking from industry professionals, and to network with peers.

Student filmmakers must be able to prove current enrollment to be eligible for our student discount. Students can submit independently or through their school or program. Teachers are also welcome to submit on behalf of their students. We can't wait to see what you create!​
